Heyes Farm Liverpool
This beautiful but totally delapidated and derelict barn on the edge of Liverpool has been lovingly restored and converted into three four bedroom houses. Using the original structure, window openings and existing features within the volume, the houses are generous and characterful. The interiors are currently being completed. A rear stable and pig sty structure was in a worse state of repair, and had to be removed for the safety and amenity of the residents. However, phase two of the project involves replacing these structures with a new build house. The design of this house is to be developed in due course. The property benefits from a large plot and its own fishing lake, which is currently being landscaped.
