Rudy's Ancoats Ancoats, Manchester

Architectural Emporium were asked to make some changes to a very successful independent pizza restaurant in Ancoats to create a bar area, increase the number of covers and maximise the use of the existing premises without losing the character and feel of the space. A study was carried out analysing the current space, brand and interior so that key elements could be continued here and as part of a planned expansion of the brand. The back of house areas were rationalised and a new bar area created. The bar continues the Rudy’s language and is designed to feel like an informal domestic kitchen.
